Earlier today, Service Professionals conducted their annual inspection and maintenance of my furnace. Wyatt was the technician who handled the appointment. He was professional in every way as he arrived on time, explained what he would be doing, answered all my questions and helped repair a cosmetic issue with the unit at no additional charge. Before he left, Wyatt also provided me with his recommendations regarding the type of filter to be used with the furnace and the frequency for changing it. I was completely satisfied with the level of service by Wyatt and the team at Service Professionals. Thanks again for keeping my furnace and entire HVAC and plumbing systems is such great shape.

Cannot recommend. Not satisfied. Plumber was a nice guy but left me with loose tiles held on with caulking instead of cement and grouting. Was offered with two solutions and took the one that was twice as much to avoid that issue and still wound up with it. Was also misled about the service plans.

Service Professionals was very responsive helping us with the emergency failure of our 30-yr old boiler. We had an estimate for a replacement the same day, and the installation two days later (we requested the extra day). The installation team was amazing - making sure that the new unit fit into the tight available space. Very professional, competent, thorough, friendly, neat. Taught us how to use the new unit too. Permits and final inspection are lagging, since the emergency need expedited the installation. I'm not worried about it passing inspection. Plumbing, wiring, all look beautiful. It's up and running!
