I used Service Professionals on two occasions: for the installation of an electric car charger and a few weeks later for an HVAC service. Google does not let me write two separate reviews, so I am updating this one to cover both occasions. In fact I had a very positive experience both times.For EV charger installation Paul took care of the entire project from providing estimates to finishing the job. A testament to the company name, he was very professional. Always arrived on time, answered all my questions and paid attention to all my requests, no matter how insignificant. He finished the job quickly, I really enjoyed having him on site.Monique Garcia went out of her way to ensure that the invoice and the supporting documentation for this job satisfies every requirement for a rebate application with the local electric service company. This took several rounds of back and forth with the rebate department but her persistence was admirable and resulted in a successful application in the end. This was above and beyond, Monique, and I truly appreciate your help!A few weeks later my HVAC system stopped working and I contacted Service Professionals to help me with this problem. I was glad that they make it possible to submit service requests online. I did it late at night and they responded promptly.
